ELITE WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:
- An in-depth planning session 8 weeks prior to your big day including site visit. This is the perfect opportunity for you to have an expert pair of eyes on your wedding plans, to ensure during the final weeks you have everything covered
- Email contact from the date of our planning session until your wedding day to answer any queries or questions
- An additional virtual planning meeting 4 weeks prior to your wedding date
- Pulling together a comprehensive wedding day schedule, and distributing to all relevant suppliers
- Liaison with all your suppliers to make our introductions & confirm arrangements (you continue remain the main point of contact until the wedding day)
- Assistance with set up the day prior to the big day (venue permitting)
- Seamless on the day coordination from beginning to end from an award-winning wedding planner.
